“Wat Plai Laem” was first published on my Swedish Blog.
Sometimes when you go through your old photos, you’re kind of amazed of what you find, and realise you haven’t even posted them! What a disgrace… 🙂
A visit at Wat Plai Laem is almost compulsory when living on Koh Samui, Thailand during a longer period of time, as I did a few years back. In an earlier post about Wat Plai Laem I didn’t really write that much about the temple, or showed any photos, because I was so frustrated the photos didn’t come out the way I wanted them to.
Today I feel the photos are good enough and I want to share the lovely colourful temple Wat Plai Laem, so that you, too, will feel the need to visit this beautiful temple. Just don’t forget to get dressed!
Even the animals have found their way to this serene place…
That a temple would even need these types of signs I find appalling! Why do humans find it so hard to show respect for other cultures?
